Imperial Innovations staff Inga Deakin, a Healthcare Ventures Associate, has been identified as a Rising Star in the 2015 edition of the 50 Movers and Shakers in BioBusiness.
The list, which also includes EVA Diagnostics co-founder Millie Clive-Smith and former Innovations CEO Susan Searle, aims to highlight "women in biobusiness in the UK who are challenging the status quo to bring better health to people around the world."
In her introduction to the report, Miranda Weston-Smith, who founded the industry conference BioBeat, said:
"50 Movers and Shakers is by no means a defnitive list, yet it draws attention to the dynamism of women in biotech who are re-setting our imagination for what we can achieve. Te report includes women in companies, research, hospitals, fnance and advisory roles."
